These terms cover your use of versus4.fun. They are short on purpose. If something here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it.

Who runs this site

versus4.fun is operated from Montenegro. You can reach us at hello@versus4.fun.

VERSUS4 is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any game publisher or developer named on it.

What the service is

VERSUS4 collects community opinion about games through short public polls. Each result is the opinion of the people who voted here, nothing more.

Results are a sample of a community, not a survey of a full player population, and we say so wherever a result is shown.

Voting is free and stays free

  • Voting never costs money and never requires an account.
  • Votes are not for sale. No sponsor, publisher or advertiser can buy, weight or change a result.
  • We filter votes that look automated. Filtered vote counts are shown publicly instead of being hidden.

What you agree not to do

  • Do not use bots, scripts or vote farms to influence a result.
  • Do not submit poll suggestions that target a private individual, contain slurs, harassment or doxxing.
  • Do not use the site to distribute cheats, piracy links or malware.
  • Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other people.

Content and trademarks

Game names, character names, weapon names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify the subject of a poll.

The poll questions, the aggregated results and the site design belong to VERSUS4.

Paid placements and how money moves

Nothing on this site is sold to visitors. Where a brand pays for a placement, the placement is labelled and the commercial terms are agreed in a separate written agreement.

Payments for sponsorship and other commercial agreements are processed by a merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record, appears on the payer statement and handles applicable sales tax and VAT. Refund terms are on the billing page.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a community poll.

Changes

We can update these terms. The date at the bottom of this page always shows when it last changed. Material changes are announced on the site. Last updated 24 August 2026.
